  • WildBrain announces that production on Finding Her Edge (8 x 44’), an original new live-action series for Netflix and Family Channel, commenced in mid-February 2025 in Barrie and Orillia, Ontario, and surrounding communities.

  • A teen romance set in the glamourous world of figure skating, Finding Her Edge is based on best-selling author Jennifer Iacopelli’s novel of the same name and inspired by Jane Austen’s Persuasion.

  • Synopsis: Finding Her Edge follows three sisters who are heirs to a struggling figure skating dynasty. While middle sister Adriana trains for the World Championships with new partner Brayden, she still harbours feelings for her first love and former partner, Freddie. Her life becomes more complicated when she and Brayden pretend to be a couple off the ice so they can land a sponsorship to keep the financially struggling Russo rink afloat.
